Madeleine Thompson thrives on creativity. Even outside of a professional setting, she finds meaning and joy in producing new works of art, especially in the traditional studio setting. Her favorite mediums are colored pencil, graphite, and oil paint. She has recently taken up sewing and is becoming a self-taught quilter. Whether it’s a small quilt patch, a sketch of a pet for a family member, a commissioned book cover, or just experimenting on a piece of cardboard, Madeleine improves her personal skill set and, forced to adapt to each challenge she takes on, learns with each piece. She carries these analytical thinking and problem solving abilities with her into her real-world career. There, she loves to exercise her drive to create and design products that allow like-minded individuals to actualize their artistic visions.
